一、产品特点

1.无机粉体与树脂之间的相容性不佳，经过铝酸酯偶联剂处理后,无机粉体表面会与树脂之间形成化学键，增强了无机粉体和树脂之间的界面相容性， 因此使用铝酸酯偶联剂还可以加大无机粉体的用量，提升产品质量，降低成本。

2.促进填料在树脂中的分散,改善制品的机械性能,如拉伸强度、冲击强度、抗压强度等。

3.该产品适用于各类填充母粒的生产，如碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡、硫酸钠等填料的造粒，以及各类色母粒的生产。

三、使用方法

第1步:在高速捏合机处于低速状态下倒入填料，换高速加热至110C,敞口搅拌5-8分钟，使填料中的微量水分被充分蒸发，残存水分应≤0.3%才能保证无机填料的活化效果;

第2步:将偶联剂加入搅拌机内,加入量一般为填料量的1 -2% ,总的搅拌时间不得低于10分钟，使填料充分活化;

第3步:加入填料量0.5%的硬脂酸作协同剂,再搅拌2分钟即停机出料。

1. In the high-speed kneading machine in low speed state into the filler, high-speed turn heating to 110 C, stirring exposure bake for 5-8 minutes, the trace water in the packing is fully evaporated, the remaining water should be less than or equal to 0.3% in order to ensure the quality of activated inorganic filler;
