一、产品特点

1.本产品为低分子量聚乙烯蜡,流动性较好，因此具有良好的加工性能。

2.作为PVC专用润滑剂，其独特的熔程控制，使其既具有良好的后期外润滑效果，又具有良好的前期内润滑效果，在挤出机不同的加工区段起到内外润滑平衡的作用。

3.在加工前期作为内润滑时，能在一定程度 上降低塑料熔体的粘度，有利于物料在螺杆的剪切推动下顺利前行;在加工后期作为外润滑时,能有效的降低熔体控制加工电流,在一定程度上延迟塑化，避免因剪切力过大造成的物料分解。

4.在物料和口模金属填充母粒专用聚乙烯蜡内壁之间形成一层均匀的润滑界面，使物料能匀速的挤出，从而提高制品表面的光亮度，同时也能提高挤出量，增加产能。

5.本产品可用于各类PVC制品的生产，包括管材、 管件、型材、电缆料、木塑、扣板等。

3. As in the processing of pre lubrication, , can reduce the viscosity of the melt plastic in a certain extent, is conducive to the smooth material in front of the screw shear driven; in the later period of processing as a lubricant, can effectively reduce the melt pressure,control current, to a certain extent delay plasticizing, avoid excessive shear stress the resulting material decomposition.

4. Between the material and the die metal wall to form a uniform layer of lubrication interface, so that the material can be uniform extrusion, thereby improving the products surface brightness, but also can improve the output, increase production capacity.
