一、产品特点

1. 本产品为中低分子量聚乙烯蜡，流动性较好，具有良好的加工性能。

2. 作为填充母粒专用助剂，既具有良好的润滑性，又具有良好的分散性。

3. 在混料初期对填料起到一定的润湿作用 ，填料颗粒在剪切力作用下破碎成为初级粒子,此时该产品能及时对填料的初级粒子进行浸润，防止初级粒子重新汇聚成为团聚体。

4. 因该产品与载体树脂具有良好的相容性，在填料的初级粒子被浸润之后能均匀的分散在载体树脂中，同时也能保证该造粒完成之后，制成的填充母粒在下游产品的应用中也具备良好的分散性。

5. 该产品可用于各类填充母粒的生产， 包括碳酸钙、滑石粉、硫酸钡、硫酸钠等无机填料的造粒。
